To make actionable knowledge easily accessible to stakeholders in the six target countries (Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Germany, Belgium, and Spain), SUSTRACK developed a toolkit.
This toolkit packages the project’s main outcomes into practical resources – from policy and final results factsheets to capacity building materials, webinars and summary videos – aimed at supporting exploitation and uptake of SUSTRACK’s results while maximising impact and awareness among key audiences.
